Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver a service just as good as our food. We provide delicious Italian food that is economical and available to destinations throughout South East Queensland. As a traveling business we deliver astounding service that leaves the town/city excited for our next visit. With our festive attitude and appearance, we bring a cultural experience that is hard to forget. The staff of Cucina strive to please and have fun doing it!!

Our Vision

Our business strives to become a well-known franchise around the south-east Queensland region. We aim to have multiple Cucina caravans travelling around the region to provide a more regular appearance and become a more popular and reliable business. Cucina will be able to be stationed at one spot for longer periods of time with the benefits of having multiple caravans, having more time to serve the community.
